Life status Change Management allows State residents to file for changes in their family or life status when they occur even when enrollment is not open. User has to fill a simple life status change form and our solution re-determines their eligibility in real-time and notifies the carrier and/or state agency about the life status change. Any change in enrollment status is communicated to the individual for further action.
