Prior to hCentive, Sanjay co-founded GlobalLogic, a software product engineering company, and he was instrumental in growing the company to over 3,000+ employees. He led all aspects of company operations, from defining and evolving the company's service offerings to ensuring client satisfaction. Sanjay continues to be on the board of GlobalLogic.
Sanjay started his career with Wipro as a software engineer, and he has extensive experience in the telecommunications, insurance and finance industries. Sanjay earned a Master of Technology degree from the India Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India.

Prior to co-founding hCentive, Manoj co-founded GlobalLogic. There, he was responsible for global business development, mergers and acquisitions, and sales operations. Manoj was instrumental in orchestrating a number of strategic partnerships, as well as acquiring several technology companies and attracting a steady stream of clients to GlobalLogic.
Manoj earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in computer engineering from the National Institute of Technology (Calicut) and a Master of Science degree in computer science from the University of Maryland.

Prior to GlobalLogic, Tarun was co-founder and Chief Technical Officer for Pinelabs, India's largest provider of loyalty and payment solutions using chip-cards and credit cards. This start-up company created a suite of successful products that are currently used by Fortune 500 companies and are handling millions of credit card transactions each day.

He served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for most of those years at Healthways. Peter brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the health care industry to hCentive.
Peter earned a Bachelor's degree from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from Penn State University.
Prior to joining hCentive, Peter worked for 12 years at Healthways – the nation's leading provider of wellness and disease management services. Hassan RifaatAdvisor Hassan most recently served as senior vice president for the Eastern Region of Coventry Health Care. Previously, he served as Regional Chief Operating Officer and Market President for the Southeast Region of Illinois-based Humana.
Prior to Humana, Hassan co-founded and served as Vice President of Sales for HealthMarket, which offers consumer-driven heath plans to small and mid-sized companies. Previous to Humana, as Director of Alternative Medicine for Oxford Health Plans, he created one of the first alternative medical plans in the industry and received national recognition for its success.
Hassan earned an MD from the University of Virginia and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from Harvard University.

Prior to his health care experience, Paul led the market introduction of Sprint Spectrum, the first digital wireless service in the U.S., and of Cricket Communications. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he worked for 11 years before moving to progressively higher positions at Nestle and Haagen-Dazs.
