Regardless of the type, adding new technology or shifting to a new one isn’t an easy process, especially when the products and services are not an apple-to-apple comparison. In a critical new study conducted by Aite Group, senior analyst Mike Trilli discovers how employers and brokers are researching, shopping for, and acquiring exchange technology for growth.
Aite Group is asking employers and brokers: What steps are you taking to determine the best exchange technology to invest in? Are the questions you’re asking relevant to your business strategy? Which technology features are going to make your job easier versus more complex? What are the biggest challenges you face when working with technology vendors? And much more.
During this webinar we’ll discuss:
- The evolving role of private exchanges and brokers
- The criteria to look for when considering exchange technology adoption
- The best approach to implementing exchange technology
- Overcoming challenges when working with exchange technology vendors
- Planning for the future with exchange technology
