Prior to hCentive, Sanjay was co-founder and President of GlobalLogic, where he oversaw all aspects of the company’s operations and was responsible for defining and evolving the company’s service offerings and ensuring customer success. He sold GolbalLogic in 2013 when the company had grown to more than 3,000 employees. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering from the Government College of Engineering in Raipur, MP and his Master of Technology from India Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India.
Derrick oversees the engineering and operational progress of hCentive’s products globally, managing teams in the U.S. and India. His primary focus is to successfully transition all hCentive products over to a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform.
Prior to hCentive, Derrick was the Senior Vice President of Engineering at PeopleFluent and the Vice President of Engineering at JP Morgan Chase (through the acquisition of Vastera Inc.). During his time at both companies, he led globally distributed teams in engineering SaaS solutions and fast-growth enterprise software.
Derrick has a Master’s in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. He received his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Eric leads the marketing teams in the U.S. and India, and drives the overall marketing strategy for hCentive.
Eric started his career at Network Solutions, the original dot.com registry. Prior to joining hCentive, Eric served as Chief Marketing Officer at Socrata and was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Cvent where he drove growth initiatives for the company over the coarse of ten years. Cvent is a leading cloud-based enterprise event management platform that went public (NYSE: CVT) in 2013 and sold for $1.6 billion. In his role at Cvent, Eric managed all aspects of the company’s marketing organization globally and was a key member of the senior management team.
Eric graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor’s in Mass Media Communications and Computer Programming.
As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Government Solutions at hCentive, Maydad leads the overall strategy, business development, and product delivery activities for hCentive’s U.S. Federal and state government clients.
Maydad started his career as a private practice labor and employment attorney. He served as Deputy Chief of Staff for the Massachusetts Office of the Governor, where he acted as a liaison between the Governor’s Office and the Cabinet Secretaries on administration policy, as well as managed policy development, stakeholder engagement, and strategy and programmatic implementation for municipal health care reform, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and healthcare cost containment. Prior to hCentive, Maydad was the Special Assistant for Project Delivery to the Governor in Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He assisted with the implementation of an integrated eligibility and enrollment system for 2015 Open Enrollment.
Maydad has a Juris Doctor from the American University’s Washington College of Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
As Vice President and Head of Finance, Ankur’s main responsibilities include driving strategic direction for financial function, managing financial operations, financial planning and analysis,enterprise resource planning and pricing.
Ankur has held many leadership positions in multinational corporations in the technology and media sector. He worked at HCL Infosystems, Nasper, and Bennett Coleman & Co (Times Group). Prior to hCentive, Ankur worked at GlobalLogic in both the U.S. and India offices. He led the global merger and acquisition strategy, financial planning and analysis, treasury and commercial.
Ankur has a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the Indian School of Business. He received his Bachelor’s in Commerce (Honors) from the University of Delhi.
Ankur is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and National Associations of Corporate Directors.
