As the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer for hCentive, Sanjay drives the company strategy. He is passionate about building a truly customer-centric organization, which has been a common theme throughout his 20+ year career.
Prior to hCentive, Sanjay co-founded GlobalLogic, a software product engineering company, and he was instrumental in growing the company to over 3,000+ employees. He led all aspects of company operations, from defining and evolving the company’s service offerings to ensuring client satisfaction.
Sanjay started his career with Wipro as a software engineer, and he has extensive experience in the telecommunications, insurance and finance industries. Sanjay earned a Master of Technology degree from the India Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India.

Mary is responsible for providing strategic direction for the human resources function across hCentive.
Prior to joining hCentive, Mary was the founder and President of Good Advice, LLC, a human capital, executive coaching and business consultancy based in Washington D.C.
Prior to Good Advice, LLC, Mary led the HR function for several companies in the D.C. Metro area, including CACI, SRA International, Blackboard Inc. and American Management Systems.
Mary earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management from Syracuse University, and an undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University. Mary is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Society for Human Resource Management, and International Coach Federation. She also serves on the board of several non-profit organizations including Linden Resources and The Penn State Research Foundation.
Derrick has global responsibility for hCentive’s product organization to build SaaS solutions for the government and commercial markets.
Prior to joining hCentive, Derrick was CTO for Mediware Human and Social Services Division, a Human Services SaaS company, where he led product transformation efforts instrumental in tripling revenue growth.
Prior to Mediware, Derrick led globally distributed teams to engineer SaaS solutions and enterprise software for fast-growth technology companies as SVP of Engineering at PeopleFluent and VP of Engineering at JP Morgan Chase (through the acquisition of Vastera Inc). Derrick has 25 years of progressive product leadership experience, starting his career at General Electric as a software engineer and then as a product development manager.
Derrick earned a Master’s in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
Maydad is responsible for strategy, business development, and delivery of hCentive solutions to the U.S. federal and state governments.
Prior to joining hCentive, Maydad was Special Assistant to the Governor for Project Delivery in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where he led the implementation of an integrated eligibility and enrollment system for 2015 Open Enrollment. Maydad held a number of positions in Massachusetts, including Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Cabinet Affairs for the Governor and Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Labor & Workforce Development.
Prior to working for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Maydad was a labor and employment attorney in private practice.
Maydad earned a J.D. from the American University’s Washington College of Law, and an undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from The University of Massachusetts (Amherst).
Ankur is responsible for providing strategic direction to the finance function at hCentive and oversees finance operations, financial planning and analysis, pricing and commercials and ERP.
Prior to hCentive, Ankur led multiple functions at GlobalLogic across US and India with responsibility for global M&A strategy, financial planning and analysis, treasury and commercials.
Prior to GlobalLogic, Ankur held leadership positions in other leading multinational organizations in the technology and media sector, including HCL Infosystems, Naspers, Bennett Coleman & Co (Times Group).
Ankur earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the Indian School of Business with specialization in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Commerce (Honors) from the University of Delhi. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
